Hey, I'm DeAndrea Fleming!
Dr. DeAndrea Fleming is a certified ICF coach, transformational trainer, and former elected official with a rich background in education and leadership. Having worked alongside Lisa Nichols, Dr. Fleming brings over two decades of experience in helping individuals transform their lives by breaking free from limiting patterns and discovering their true voice. A breast cancer survivor and holder of a doctorate in Christian counseling, she has turned personal adversities into a powerful coaching methodology. Dr. Fleming is deeply committed to helping others achieve confidence, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose in both their personal and professional lives.
